Scary Poker
Next Saturday is our monthly poker night. Since it's so close to Halloween, everybody's dressing up in a costume. I love Halloween, but I'm completely clueless about how to dress up. Dave scrapped my original idea for him to dress like Chris Ferguson and instead had a much better idea. I'll have to write about that next week. But I'm stumped for me.
My best idea to date was getting a cool pink pimp-hat and feather boa from the Halloween Adventure store, then wearing a shirt with "Poker Bitch" on it and sunglasses. I found that shirt at Spencer's but it appeared they were made for 12-year olds (or for me when I weighed a lot less). So I thought I'd try using my t-shirt transfer sheets and printing out a "Poker Bitch" design and ironing it on my shirt. The only thing with those damn t-shirt transfer sheets is that the blank portions of a design transfer over as glossy and cheap looking. Maybe I can cut out the letters with an exacto knife and iron them on that way.
If I could find a shark fin, I could dress myself up as a playing card with a shark fin on my head. I'd be a card shark. That's dumb, though.
It's pathetic that that's the best idea I can come up with.
