PowerPoint = PowerPoopy

I am currently waiting on yet another "spinning beachball of death" while using PowerPoint v.X.

It's presently 11:30PM and I have a meeting tomorrow morning at 8:30. I'm trying to get this presentation finished for the meeting.

I swear by all that's holy I'm going to take the Office for Mac CD and break it into a thousand tiny pieces.

This whole crashing thing is happening while doing a variety of things, including changing a background image, just paging down through my slides, pasting text, typing text, adding a picture... you name it, its crashed it.

I just had to do yet another Force Quit. And I'm getting mighty irate.

Around 9:00 or so I tried repairing permissions, checking for crash reproducability in another user account, trashing preference files, checking for corrupt fonts, then completely uninstalling Office and reinstalling it. No dice.

I'm going to be up very late. And I'm going to be very cranky for my meeting tomorrow morning.
